Target Group: Students (2nd–5th year) from Italian and European hospitality and tourism schools.

About the Event

An international hospitality competition promoting creativity, sustainability, and professional excellence. The event highlights the use of local products — especially the renowned Cervia Sweet Salt — and fosters collaboration among European hotel and tourism institutes.

Prizes are awarded to the top three participants in each category.
