📍 The competition will take place at Rīgas Tūrisma un radošās industrijas tehnikums (Riga Technical School of Tourism and Creative Industry) on March 25–27 in Riga, Latvia.

🎨 27.03.2025 - Optional Cultural Program in the Morning, Award Ceremony, Gala Dinner, Departure of participants

📜 General Regulation:
👩‍🎓 The competition is open to students of secondary vocational schools.
🧒👩‍🦳 Age of competitors: 16–23 years.
🗣 Working Language: English.

🏅 Nominations
🎯 One participant from each school can compete in the following categories:
🍳 Cooking - Individual Competition
🥂 Restaurant Service - Individual Competition
🍰 Pastry - Individual Competition
🍹 Bartender - Individual Competition
☕ Barista - Individual Competition
🥗 Vegetarian Culinary Art - Individual Competition
✂️ Carving - Individual Competition
🛎 Reception - A Team of 2 Participants (each from a different school)
🌍 Tourism Destination - A Team of 2 Participants (each from a different school)
🛒 Retail Employee - A Team of 2 Participants (each from a different school)

🎯 Two participants from each school can compete in the following categories:
👗 Fashion and Style - A Team of 2 Participants from one school or 1 Participant from each school + 1 Model
💇‍♀️ Hairdresser - Individual Competition (1 Contestant + 1 Model)
🥖 Baker - Individual Competition
🔪 Gourmet Butcher - Individual Competition
🧹 Housekeeping - Individual Competition (Only practical tasks. Available for students with fewer opportunities.)

💰 Participation Package:
The price of the participation package varies depending on the duration of your participation.

📝 Registration:
Contestants, Accompanying Persons/Teachers, and Models (for Fashion and Style or Hairdresser nominations) must register via the registration form:

📣 Accompanying persons/teachers are invited to volunteer as members of the international jury. You may be called upon to serve if needed.
