Dear AEHT Team,
Faculté des Métiers (Rennes, France) is pleased to invite you to participate in the 12th Edition of the Pastry Competition “Inspiration d’un Classique”, held on 8 April 2026 in Rennes, France.
This year’s theme is: Creation of an original dessert inspired by a traditional French pastry or a local dessert from your own country.
The competition will be presided over by Ronan Kervarrec, Head Chef of Maison Kervarrec (Saint-Grégoire, France) – 2 Michelin Stars.
Key dates:
• First selection of candidates: 13 February 2026
• Final competition in Rennes, France: 8 April 2026
• A special program will be organised for foreign finalists who are members of AEHT.
